Absolutely spotless. The place was immaculately clean. Prepared well. Tea coffee and bottled water in the room. En suite was cleverly done.

A lovely stay here. Beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious, very clean everywhere. We had a lovely stay, Paul and Pauline were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved everything about this wonderful family hotel. Delicious breakfast, spotless room, comfy beds, welcoming and friendly hosts and dogs. Area was quiet too as not in centre of Blackpool :-)

Nice, quiet area away from the crowds. Very comfortable family room just what was needed after a long day in town. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating we had a very enjoyable stay

Parking isn't easy but it's nothing a bit of time.e and patience doesn't sort
