The staff member who was there was very polite and very helpful.

We didn't get to meet the owners which would of been nice also the bar wasn't open for us to have a drink.

Very clean

There’s no mention of a charge of £9.95 per person for a cold breakfast. The staff kindly waived the cost because of the oversight.

Looks like hotel has recently been taken over by new owners, and breakfast service was a bit vague. Room although quite small was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Hotel is ideally situated close to a tram stop to take you to the Tower area etc.

Stair lift makes it difficult for able bodied people to climb stairs with thier bags.
