The Woodleigh Hotel

The room was a good size for a B&B it was close to the tram stop.

The floor by the window was soaking wet. The toilet in the room wasn’t working and the extra toilet (outside the room) wasn’t working either. The kettle in the room didn’t work.

Was spotless and adequate for 1 night, how’s was very pleasant.

Stayed in a twin room which was small but adequate for 1 night. Only complaint is that the single beds were small, prob ok for a child, both me and my grown up son could not turn over for rear of falling out. So not a great sleep.

Clean good little place for one night

People in other room was loud till about 1am but apart from that it was good

Location is great, value for money.

Was called at 3.25 to ask when I would be checking in, when I said just after 5 was told check in was between 3-4pm despite booking.com saying between 3-9pm and asked to be as fast as we could. We were then called again at 4.15 to be told that we have been upgraded to a family room and to leave them a 10/10 review for this. We arrived at 5.15 taken to our room with no breakfast information to know what to do in the morning. We then never seen a member of staff the remainder of our overnight stay. We have previously stayed at this hotel and were super excited to come back as we felt very welcomed before and the breakfast was exceptional, however this time felt very rushed to the property, no information was provided about breakfast so ended up not having anything at the property, and to be told to leave a 10/10 review after feeling rushed by the first phone call I felt was all very unprofessional.

The hotel was very clean and largely represented good value for money.The room was adequate but a little over furnished We were warmly welcomed and helped with our luggage which was very nice

The shower did not work just blasted out scalding water and the owner couldn't do anything about it.The breakfast was very poor value for money and not well cooked.No Allergen information was available and no gluten free bread for toast.
