"Nice hotel for a family"

Rooms were very clean and beds are comfortable. Nice quiet area with a tram and bus stop very close by. Wee shop just round the corner from the hotel as well. Sergie who works in the hotel was very helpful as well.

Tv in the family room was quite high up on the wall but we were not in the room much apart from at night so not a real issue for us.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and has a stair lift for people that need it.

The only things i would say is the shower needs a shelf for soap etc, the bell to contact the owner doesn’t work and there was no remote control for the tv that we could find.

"You can do a 1 night stay during the Illumimations"

Great location, tram stop end of the road. Plenty of parking on the street Room was clean

Mattress very uncomfortable, maybe needs a topper as could feel the springs so not a very comfortable nights sleep

Good location. Clean.

Room 6. The tv didn’t work - only had radio channels. We retuned but this didn’t resolved the issue. There was only 1 mug in a twin room.

"Good facilities asking for an extra £15 put me off going back"

Clean modern bedroom with pristine bathroom, very clean

They tried to charge me an extra £15 on arrival for getting there at 7pm my friend booked in at 4pm said we would be arriving slightly later as my daughter was in work. I called them to advise the same the when I arrived was told I would have to pay £15 for being late. If it wasn’t for me recommending my friend and her daughter stay in the same B&B bit of a cheek considering I paid my room rate 10 days prior to staying. They said they would cancel it then when I arrived host asked for £15 I said no thanks you had your room rate & I definitely didn’t book for breakfast again another fee! Stay in blackpool annually for the firework festival never once have encountered this!

"Pasable"

The location

It was only surface clean the base valance to the double bed was dirty. If I had paid more I would have complained. I was also asked for an additional £30 which I said no!!!! The owner was then trying to say I had requested a late check out which I had not!!!
