The property was very clean. We had a comfortable stay, it’s in great location with a tram stop just on the main road. If walking to the north pier, it took about 20mins.

We liked everything about the property just couldn’t find a remote control for the tv on the evening we arrived. We messaged the host to let them know.

Was told once i booked no breakfast served even though restaurant was set up with jams and marmalades on the tables, Room very small, only saw the owners once when checking in which you only got 1 hr to do 3 till 4 and I heard from another family got charged extra for missing that slot. No remote for tv, tea tray only had enough stuff for 1 day and wasn't replenished, stairlift taking up most of 1st flight of stairs hard to get up and down.said free WiFi yet was password protected and nothing anywhere to say what password was. Overall dissapointed and would not recommend

The room was exactly as expected for the price. I have no real faults with it

Was charged £15 for a late check in. I arrived at 6pm. I can understand a late check out charge even a charge if you're arriving very late. However, it was 6pm. Felt like a money making scam. Was a shame as the room itself was fine.

It was clean and bright. Tea , coffee and two bottles of water supplied.

No acknowledgement from owners, no hello, just here are your keys. Nobody was around when we left. Rang attention buzzer no one there. I am sure breakfast should have been included but no sign of life at 9am. Due to no friendly communication I have to rate it very low. This for me put me off straight away. The linen and towels looked old and used.
