Really clean, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great communication and rate

Room was too small for 2 adults and a travel cot. However it was reflective of what we paid. There was a bit of a breeze coming from the window even when closed. But we were offered extra heating if we needed, but we managed without. We really were happy with our stay, and will return!

The room was spacious comfortable and couldn't fault it. Phoned re WIFI and the owner came up within a minute. Highly recommended 👌 👍.

Location was good, entrance and breakfast area was lovely and the security of the place was good.

We booked a deluxe family room which we did NOT get. Firstly we received the wrong door code so we couldn't get in, the room smelt, it was dirty, the bedding was covered in stains, curtains/blinds broke, window was filthy, we also had leftover valentines decorations still up The room clearly hadn't been touched when previous guests had left. We then got moved rooms to which that wasn't much better dirty walls, bedding and was freezing. Will never return.

The property was acceptable clean enough but could of been cleaner bathroom was the cleanest my 6 year old dropped a pencil that went under the bed and pulled out a cannabis vape pen half full luckily it was not my 2 year old who would of put it to her mouth also lots of little bb bullets under the bed when we looked to see what else was there after the vape that I am furious about and a dirty rag under the bed didn’t see a member of staff to tell them about the vape also ran out of toilet paper and again no staff on site to ask for any more so had to buy some also the room would benefit from some curtains as blinds are quite gappy in the room and the room was freezing even in August so I wouldn’t like to stay in winter months and Im not one who likes heat I took a fan incase it was to warm but the room was freezing

Clean bathroom and decent shower

Friendly and helpful owner, good location, good value for money, lounge area nice and use of microwave and toaster helpful.

Would benefit from bedside lamps for double bed, allocated fridge didn't work but was able to use one meant for a different room.

Perfect spot!! 2 min walk too beach 😍 Clean and room was lovely
