The hotel was nice and clean and the beds was very comfortable upon arrival we realised our room was a bit to small and dawn kindly arranged for us to have another room instead

The location and facilities of the hotel matched my expectations, and everything was exactly as described. Communication from the hotel, both before and during my stay, was clear, timely and very professional. This made the whole experience straightforward and stress‑free, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

What I didn’t like was that the bathroom was quite cold. The window seal didn’t seem to close properly, which let in a lot of cold air and made the bathroom uncomfortable to use at times. This didn't deter me, and I would stay again.
