"Good value accommodation in peaceful green environment."

A great area. Peaceful. Green. Nice garden. I did use the hot tub which was great. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils/cooking articles.

The bathroom did not have anywhere to put your toiletries - even just a shelf would be helpful. Although there was a communal dining area, a small desk/folding table would have been nice in the room to sit and watch television or work at/write at.

"Great value for money, ideal relaxing stay in beautiful countryside"

Brilliant last minute stay, perfect family room for 2 adults a 4 year old, 14 week old and dog. Very happy we found this and could extend our Norfolk holiday

"Pleasantly surprised at cleanliness & everything."

rooms very clean. Tea & coffee in room. Could open tall windows during heatwave. Toiletries & towels provided. Plenty of sockets in room. Staff (Owen) very friendly & helpful. I reported a sink-draining problem. Fixed immediatedly. Will definiteley use again.

TV signal was patchy at times. Otherwise fine.

"A good value for money stay which easily accesses the city centre but also provides peace and quiet"

The room was expectioanlly clean and was comfortable. The private bathroom was acsessible and was also clean. All of the facilities were easy to use and I feel that it was good value for money

Wifi could be a little tempermental at times but is only momentary

Location and parking

Didn't like the fact to walk through a kitchen to room , It smelt of cooked spicy food all of our stay No staff except on arrival very strange setup for a guest house. Facilities were very basic to say the least Tv had poor reception Shower door kept getting stuck Could be improved in our opinion. But wouldn't stay again.
