"Exceptional"

The property was calm and quiet and my stay was well organised and explained by the staff. The rooms were clean and affordable. I stayed for three weeks and found it very convenient when having to commute into Norwich for work. I interacted with the staff who were very helpful and kind. I would recommend this as a place to stay either for work or on holidays.

"Poor check in communication."

Spacious, comfortable lovely and quiet.

Poor communication to check in. Information sent and on noticeboard was incorrect. Felt stranded. Had to make 2 calls to get access. Property not recognising not all overseas visitors can make calls and if can the uk network connection is not reliable.

The bathroom basin could do with the U bend maybe being cleaned as the sink fills up with a plug being in it

Hawthorpe barn is lovely and private and has everything you need .

The blinds let all the lights in when it starts to get light but other than that it was perfect

"Pleasant stay"

The site was beautiful. No stairs for me. Shower was good. Lovely towels. I liked the view of the garden. The sun shone in the morning. Kitchen was useful. Great parking. Check in easy.

The fridge was noisy. BBC channels not available. Mattress was indented

Location was lovely. Room was nice. Good value for money. Dog friendly.

Double bed was extremely small! We didn’t have good quality sleep one of the reasons being the bed. Having a room next to a driveway of deep stone is not ideal. We were woken up multiple times due to this as it is loud. Woken up at 2.30am by a car pulling in who then sat with the engine running for 15minutes with the lights shining through the curtains. A young child upstairs above us was then screaming and running around until 3.30am. Suffice to say we woke up tired and decided to go elsewhere to finish our stay as we couldn’t do another night of that which was meant to be a nice weekend away for us. A shame as our weekend was slightly overshadowed by this.

"Excellent in every way"

Extremely clean. Excellent shared kitchenette for the barns containing Microwave, Toaster, kettle, Cooker and large fridge. Also a fridge in the room. Powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Remote location so very quiet. Also very reasonable price. We are definitely coming back.
