CapeStays - Villa Infinity

The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views. Our room was spotless, and the staff (Karen) was friendly and welcoming.

Below is the list of issues that we have encountered: 1. There was no remote control for the heater/or air conditioner in our room. It had to be borrowed from the room next door by one of the staff members. She switched it on and returned the remote control. As a result, we were forced to sleep with it on because we were unable to switch the heater off at night. 2. The lights weren't all functioning. This made the room somewhat dim. 3. The television wasn't working properly. We are unsure if the problem was with the WI-FI connection or something else. 4. According to the website, clients receive a 10-minute massage. However, upon our arrival, we were told that the massage therapist had already left. The website should make clear the exact times at which the massage is performed. 5. The webpage does not specify that breakfast is served at 8:00 AM. Since we had to leave for work, we asked to eat breakfast at 7:00 AM. However, we were informed that due to the chef's commute to work, breakfast only starts at eight. Once again, your website should clearly state the exact times at which the breakfast is served.

Breakfast was exceptional, staff were very helpful and friendly. View was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast have limited options, VERY limited, if you planning to stay for long, don’t add breakfast to you booking. The bedrooms are very basic and old fashioned. The water pressure is low. Cleaning 4/10. Cockroaches in the bedroom.

First the stairs is terrible to get to the room we got , it outside of the main house at night there is not enough lights along the stairs for u ro see , we had 1 small dim light in our bathroom that was working and we had no light coming in we had a small window very far from the bathroom , the tiolet paper is in the cubbards not in the bathroom cause there is no tiolet holder it's broken off or gone , the cubbards u can't hang ur clothes cause that rack os broken hangers laying on the floor , the place is really not in a good state and then when u check inn you have to select your breakfast , what we selected was not what we got , the "chef" dint know what sunny side up is but it's on the selection you can choose from the kitchen erea don't look clean , it's looks very rundown not what we expected at All from the photos the room Shoo were it's situated they should have mentioned that's it's outside next ro rhe house and you going to have to climb stairs and when I said the lights not working in the bathroom I was told ya she did let maintenance know " when? I don't know " cause it's a nightmare to be charged for cleaning fee but the place dont look so clean .when we arrived they came with "O the towels " why are these things not ready when we check inn and lights should have been sorted but they weren't worried don't get me started with the "chef" that don't know how to speak in polite way .

The stuff were friendly Great location and the place was clean
