Perfect

The breakfast and location were perfect. The manager swapped my room, and I felt much calmer and happy. It's a beautiful place but it requires some little bit touch of interior to make the guest feel really relaxed, warm and comfortable.

The views!!!!! To die for! Beyond the natural beauty, the hospitality provided by Karen was exceptional. Karen went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm welcome, helpful advice, and genuine care made a significant difference. She was always available to assist with any questions or needs, making me feel right at home. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced the overall experience.

The view and breakfast were SPECTACULAR

I made a list of defects in the room that I left with the manager. The room we were assigned in the house was very dated and many of the simplest things did not work (light in the bathroom was a bare bulb, door to the shower couldn't open, curtain rail was broken which meant the curtain couldn't close, door to the bathroom was jammed shut to name a few). Other guests were also very inconsiderate and manager was unavailable to deal with my late message of complaint. It was my daughter's 21st and I had sent a special request for something special to be done on the morning of her bday - nothing was done and this fact ignored. Overall Disappointing
