Clean and tidy room with a modern feel. Very spacious. Good location.

Room was neat and presented well. Close to local restaurants

The room was dark, most of the lights didn't work especially the bathroom. Shower had no door or curtain. Room was very hot at night and area didn't feel safe to leave windows open even though there were burglar bars on the window.

Absolutely nothing, worst sleepover we had during our Cape Town Trip.

Very unprofessional staff meeting us. She was wearing tattered clothes. Small parking space. Had to go through a dark old furnished lounge to reach our room. Could not find the light switch of the lounge, to make use of it. I messaged the lady Eliska and she never answered me. Bathroom old ceiling & wall paint pulling off. Shower in the bath tub, no curtain, so when you shower the whole bathroom floor is wet. No guestsoap. 2 guests not sufficient towels for both. Wooden floor boards had nails sticking out, not nice at all to step on them. 1 coffee sachet, 1 rooibos tea bag only 2 small milk sachets for 2 guests arriving at 19:00 & leaving the next morning at 8:00. Not kitchenette only a fridge with a tray, kettle &coffee mugs. Not drinking water for guests. The adjacent room had guests in with a baby, that cried the whole night and we could hear the guests snoring as well, as only a door divides the rooms. We could hear everything going on in the other room, it made it impossible to sleep well. I contacted the caretaker about the Coffee etc it is the next day 17:18 and she still doesn't respond. The accommodation fee is definitely not worth what we received at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone, in fact I will make sure all our family & friends take note not to book there at all. Very high priced accommodation not worth it at all. We paid less in Knysna, Western Cape and had 5*Facilities. Please don't keep this place on Bookings.com. I have more foto's than the 4 below that I would like to share. I would actually like a refund!!!!!

Room quite neat. Bed extremely comfortable. Aircon working well.

Adjacent rooms not properly sealed off from other visitors. Visitor tried to enter our room late at night. No shower curtain. Made a mess in bathroom. Not sufficient space to hang towels. No wifi and cell reception poor inside rooms.

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The only thing that’s missing is WiFi.
