This is a lovely apartment in the middle of Corniglia with an amazing view of the sea. It had a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom in addition to a spacious bedroom and even a balcony. There is also a common terrace to sit on if desired.

We were only sorry that we could not stay longer! There was a slight confusion on checking out since we did not realize that there was someone downstairs responsible for accepting the payment, but we figured it out.

Beautiful location- great views of the sea from the bedroom and kitchen. Corniglia is definitely the quietest of the towns .

I think it would help if the property was more clear about their city tax policy on booking.com. Our first morning there we received a knock at the door and the booking manager told us we needed to pay 12 euros of "city tax" (2euros/pp/night) After I paid this to her in cash I went on my booking account and saw the itemized cost that I had already paid for the apartment included 12 euros for "city tax." When I later asked her about this she tried to explain that it was another/different "city tax". This didn't fully makes sense to my husband or I, nor is there any information about this extra city tax anywhere on the listing. I also wonder if they have to make contact with everyone who stays there to ask for this in person? That doesn't seem efficient; also it would have been good to know since we brought limited euros cash with us.

It was magical!!! After a tough hike , the beautiful apartment and sensational view were well worth it! I did not realize it would be as spacious as it was. I wish we could have stayed longer. What a special place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary

The views are out of this world! The kitchen is brilliant. And the terrace is wonderful.

Nothing at all other than we found it tricky to find after a long travel day but I think that was us being tired and nothing to do with the location.

Location, location, location If you want to explore Cinque Terre this is the spot. I believe Corniglia is the best location for multi-day stays. In In the center of the three cities and high up on the hill which makes it an ideal location to hike both directions. While inconvenient for day-trippers or even one-day stays, this makes it nicer for those based there in the mornings and evenings when it is much less busy. And I feel this apartment is in the best spot of Corniglia, high near the tip of the hill with unobstructed views from the property over the entire sea north to south. The views from the bedroom and kitchen windows to the north are amazing and a semi private patio, shared by a few apartments in the building, gives panoramic views north to south.

The cost of being high on the hill is the trip from the train station, then through the town to the apartment is up, up, up. Streets are steep with many stairways. Not worth it for a one-day visit. Try to pack light and be prepared for getting your stuff up a lot of steps. While this is true for almost all of the towns in Cirque Terre, Corneglia, and this apartment are up higher than most. The location and views are definitely worth the effort though.

We loved our stay here. Peaceful and relaxing with several fabulous restaurants and a great mini market (use Lisa Market on the main road where the bus comes in) for cheese, olives, wine (all good and from €8) tomatoes, fruit etc., all very reasonable. Opening the kitchen windows and bedroom doors to the sea was stunning. The private balcony was very narrow and we only used it to hang out our washing on the line provided and also to gain access to the communal patio which was spacious. Great to have air conditioning in the bedroom and the washing machine was a godsend. The housekeepers were around every day and we used Google Translate if we needed anything.

We struggled to find the apartment based on just the address and wandered around for a while until we found it. For future travellers, when you get off the bus, walk along the main street, Via Fieschi, until you get to the village square. Go up the hill to the right of the church walking past La Lanterna restaurant. At the top you will see steps to your right hand side. Walk up this set of steps and then another set and No 34 is on the right hand side with a sign saying Corniglia Dreams. The front door should be open just got to the first floor and the housekeepers are there. We also struggled to charge our phones. We did take a travel plug but it didn’t fit in some of the plugs and the only USB was in the back of the TV.
