We loved having a pool, and the room was perfect. Aircon worked very well and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, you don’t pick your breakfast each day but we were always served something new and very yummy . They have a few dogs on the property, including a couple of very friendly puppies who we loved seeing every morning. About a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a further 10 minute walk along the beach/road from there to the main section of beach where the surf schools, sun beds, juice bars and restaurants are. The staff were very friendly, we would definetly recommend.

Very quite hotel, we had a room downstairs with a nice terracce. Older hotel, but lovely staff. We could stay till afternoon with no charge. Very quite place, we walked to the centre or took tuk tuk. I would come again. Thank you :)

Het ontbijt ( heerlijke omelet met verse groente) was super verzorgd. Zwembad was schoon.

Staff was very nice! My pillow was in the mold so that wasnt so cool. Otherwise everything was ok!

We stayed a few nights and booked 2 rooms; ours was on the 2nd floor. The rooms were good size, the beds were comfy both rooms had AC, and the bathrooms were in good condition with decent hot water. The garden was well-maintained, and there was a pool, which we didn’t try, but it was cleaned every morning by staff. Breakfast was good, not excessive, with plenty of tea and coffee available on the self-serve table. There was no noise from busy roads, as the place is in a nice, quiet location. Worth visiting the temple, only a 2-minute walk from the villa.

The communal areas, especially the stairs, could have been cleaned more regularly. It's about 2 km from Weligama main beach, and we walked most of the time. I think you can rent bikes from the villa we didn't want to ride bikes. Had an issue with water pressure in our room on the top floor one day, but as soon as we mentioned it, it was sorted out within a few minutes.

We were warmly welcomed to the property. The site is very big, with a beautiful garden and pool. The host discussed our trip, where we had been, where we were going and our favourite place just so happened to be his home town. His omelettes are delicious. The room was clean and very spacious.

So many mosquitoes around the pool (I know this can not be helped but let it be a warning), the pool was cleaned the day after we used it but I think it needs to be done more often and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our room and it was not cleaned - it didn’t bother us too much but I had been contacting the host on booking.com throughout the day in regards to our arrival time and it was around 1hour after check in time started.

Lovely small hotel in very nice, green, quiet area. Clean, welcoming.

Feels like it might need a bit of maintenance (renovation). Other than that everything is great.
