Nice big rooms, quiet area, beautifull big garden with nice swimming pool, friendly stuff and very close to everything 😊

It was quiet and the room was very clean.

Sadly the communal areas were not kept that tidy or clean.

Location was not far from the main beach but tucked away enough to feel secluded when on site. Manager was very helpful, you only harp ask and he worked out solutions, like bike hire and taxi/Tuk tuk rides. You should also request if you want your room cleaned or fresh towels as they don’t unnecessarily replace these things. Beautiful Buddhist temple on your doorstep!

The pool for all of its qualities had some sharp tiles on the seating bench and the water was kinda dirty. A little more attention to pool cleaning would make this perfect.

The location was out of town and there was a garden with wildlife and a swimming pool.

The booked rooms were appalling, dirty unfurnished and smelling of urine. We were relocated to slightly better rooms. The staff were surley and unhelpful. We stayed for two weeks, but only got a room service twice in that time. During one of the room service, a bar of chocolate was stolen from our room by a member of staff. Often, there appeared to be no staff at all on the premises just a sign at reception which said manager followed by a telephone number. One evening, we witnessed a member of staff so drunk that he couldn’t walk without help. Equipment and facilities in the hotel were in a poor state of repair, and often things didn’t work. The swimming pool was occasionally cleaned, but usually had a lot of dead leaves floating on it, there were two hard sunbeds to be shared between the 12 rooms. There was no question of eating in the so-called restaurant as the staff wouldn’t serve you and conditions were very unhygienic. On the Booking.com website, the Hotel claimed to have a washing machine. a dishwasher it did not.

The toilet wasn’t fixed on the floor, this gave us some anxiety haha.

We thought this property was great value for money, with a lovely clean big room and pool access. The staff were friendly also. The surroundings of the property are beautiful - a lovely garden area.

We think the property could benefit from having further WiFi in the bedrooms not just in the communal area. Also the location is not ideal unless you have your own transport.
