Polite and hospitable staff. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

The shower tends to wet the floor despite careful usage.

Habitación y cama normalmente pasables. No ofrecen desayuno. El lugar, a pesar de su antiguedad, está bien mantenido. La limpieza se realiza diariamente bien.

Tienen que resolver en la ducha, en el baño que nos tocó exterior a la habitación, el volumen de agua en la flor que, fue pobre. Por otro lado la comunicación con la administración es prácticamente inexistente. Solo a través de mensajes que el administrador o dueño deja en el hall de entrada.

Lovely big room and a comfy bed, good little extras such as sherry and shortbread and use of the lounge with tv was really nice Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful

Unfortunately there was a problem either with the heating or plumbing systems and they were very noisy at night Sounded like a large marble being rolled on a hard surface then down steps on a regular basis every few minutes which kept us awake then woke us up early in the morning We were in room 2

Luke was on hand to show us our room and provided a map with great directions into the city. Lovely guy

Its very tired. Was probably very upmarket 20 years ago. Bathroom door was warped so couldn’t close it when going to the toilet which was a bit awkward with granddaughter in the room. Needs updating
