Hygiëne kon beter; stoffig (vloerbedekking). Kussens erg plat

Son emplacement dans le quartier de Leith, proche du tram way, des restaurants et du parc. C’est un guest house calme, l’accès se fait de manière autonome. Nous avions un grand espace de la chambre. Nous l’avions trouvé via notre guide et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Le plus : se garer gratuitement dans la rue.

no lift/ no one to help with luggage- it was a challenge getting to our room with our suitcases... had to take the stairs

Location: Nice to be next to Leith Links’ green fields, and there was street parking right outside the property.

The room was small and didn’t look anything like the picture on Booking.com. Very bright lights in ceiling and on walls which isn’t ideal when you want to wake up slowly. Not as clean as it could have been. No staff on site. The shower head let out water from only three holes so not a great experience. Considering we paid £170 for a double room where you had to cross the communal hallway to get to our bathroom, I’d say definitely poor value for money and I won’t be staying here again.

Tutto l'edificio è molto datato. La stanza sommariamente arredata con mobili vecchi e sensazione di sporco. Armadietto in bagno in metallo arrugginito. Lo scopone del water che ogni volta che lo usavi ti rimaneva il manico in mano. Pavimento in plastica tutto rovinato. Durante 5 giorni di soggiorno non hanno mai cambiato lenzuola o asciugamani. Non vale per niente la somma pagata e non è valutabile con 4 stelle. Non ci ritornerei più.

Tres propre. Les petits gateaux scottish à disposition. Le petit whisky dans la chambre :)

Location was okay. Big rooms.

Not enough milk for tea/coffee. Staircase very steep.
