The beds were very comfortable, and the Sherry was delicious.

The individual bed didnt have easy acces to the plug.

The location was great. It took 20 minutes to get into Edinburgh Centre via tram. It’s a 43 minute walk. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was good.

The bed was TERRIBLE! It creaked like an old door. There were indents where people had slept previously. The pillows were flatter than pancakes.

Location, it was quiet, the free sherry was nice.

Mattress was firm and caused back issues. There was no fan in the room despite the warmer weather. The ironing board didn't work. There was a lot of noise from.our neighbours. We have stayed here previously but what made this more interesting than a hotel stay seemed to gone.

Gute Lage und Anbindung an die Tram. Gute Parkmöglichkeit

Zimmer leider bereits sehr abgewohnt. Vorhänge, Duschkopf(fiel ständig herunter), Bodenbelag im Badezimmer schon sehr kaputt, Toilettenspülung ging nur zeitweise, Schwimmer hing immer wieder fest. Alles in allem renovierungsbedürftig und dafür zu teuer (416 Euro für 2 Nächte)

Good location for access to the tram and Leith Walk

There was nothing in particular that stood out as a dislike

Good location, close to the tram station. Room was clean if a little tired Modern, recently refurbished bathroom Entrance/key system felt safe and secure

Hot room with no fan (appreciate this is not often needed but would have been useful to have available). No water or water glasses in the room. Room decor looking quite tired with lots of scuffs and scratches on the walls, pillows uncomfortable. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms (they weren’t loud, just thin walls!)
