Boendet hade ingen frukostservering när vi var där.

Frühstück? Wo? Das Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Zimmer 11 unter dem Dach ist nicht groß, aber geschmackvoll möbliert, das Bad sauber.

There was no breakfast as it was a room only

Nothing.

Easy entrance, good location, good parking, clean comfortable beds and the ensuite was very clean and well provided with towels and soaps. The disappointment was the lack of breakfast! We have never before stayed in a guesthouse/B+B which did not supply breakfast!

A cooked breakfast

Room was pleasant & comfortable. Bed was great. Facillities were good, little decanter of sherry and shortbread at the entrance was charming and a nice welcome. Good communication re the check-in details. Staff member in the morning was a delight, and absolutely charming - said he'd feed back to the owners about my issues, but I haven't heard anything

There was nobody there, which would have been fine, but I couldn't get the wifi to work in my room and there was no cold water in my tap. I replied to the texts from Andy about check-in, to try and get the wifi working, but nobody responded.
