Comfortable bed

No hot water in the morning . And no remote for the TV. Contacted manager? Of the complex and negotiated £50 refund next day which despite messages was not paid . The hot water issue was put down to another room leaving their water running all night and the tv remote found in another room . The stairs leading into this basement complex of 4 or so units is dark at night no lighting if you have large bags negotiating these steps could be an issue overall disappointed .

Location was good. Email communication for access was also very clear and easy to understand.

This place smells of damp, poor plumbing. Pillows are old and smell of stale slobber. It’s noisy, doors too thin for the frame so when someone goes out the front door my room door rattled. Oh and there is an electrical buzzing in the room. No iron in the room.

Great location, comfortable room, well-equipped kitchen, pretty back garden, lovely common room (for all guests staying in the apartment), helpful staff, with whom we only had communication via email or the booking.com chat platform).

The heating was left on for some reason. As the on-off button does not work, we had quite a warm room. But we managed to repair it and turn off the heating in the end.

Good location.

It’s in a great location, clean room and really comfortable beds. Staff were quick to respond to any questions I had via email, self check in was very easy.

There were just a few very small things that may need a touch up in our room (the Moroccan room) - the door handle was a little loose but still functional. Nonetheless a great place and absolutely would stay again!

Great location. There is access to a lounge and kitchen which would be really useful for a longer stay but I was only there for 1 night.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The owner was very respectful and when we arrived at 14:30 instead of 15:00 which is the check-in time, they gave us the room with no problem.

The hand wash liquid and shampoo hadn't been refilled, and the hand wash was finished in the second day. There is no door in the shower place area, and the water spills out of the shower. We had to use the provided hand towels to stop the water from going around the bathroom and going to the room. The check out time is very early. 10 A.M. is too soon for a room in a house which doesn't have special facilities which need extra time for cleaning.
