"Brilliant stay."

Fantastic large apartment in a quiet area of Edinburgh. An easy walk to bars and restaurants, buses and the tram. Marcos was great on our arrival and allowed us to put bags in and fill the fridge even though we were early Kitchen was well equipped for the essential “big breakfast”.comfy lounge and comfy beds. I would recommend this apartment to all groups of six adults, whether three couples or six friends.

"Great room with shared common areas"

Well equipped twin bedroom with great shower and bonus shared kitchen / lounge area made for a very comfortable stay. Clear instructions for an easy self check in and out. 15 minute walk into town, quiet at night. Great value for money, would stay again no hesitation.

It was brilliant!! Only thing you need to be aware of is other guests and the doors are noisy to people sensitive to that so be mindful after hours.

"Needs a little attention to detail"

Location was good. Within walking distance of town centre.

On arrival the toilet lid was up and urine in toilet. Bathroom floor not clean (found razor cover on the floor near basin) Shower head had mould on it and wouldn’t sit in holder whilst water was on. TV was not working (constantly glitching and breaking up) contacted staff via Booking app who answered the next day and sent someone to fix while we were on a tour. On return TV was still not working although in fairness the staff sent through a screenshot of it working. Hairdryer started to smoke on first use. (This was replaced by owner) I think a little attention to detail is needed Please note this is the first time I’ve left a bad review.
