I never stayed on the property The owners never answered their phone I phoned until after 10pm I even the next morning and NO answer Im furious had to sleep in my car it was my last money in my account I require full reimbursement Why have people advertise a place and not answer their phones,that is unacceptable

Owners to that is not answering their phones to enter the property I lost my stay

The place was not accessible I get lost, when I call for the directions the person I spoke to was unfriendly The road heading to the place was a mess,imagine when I went there my car was clean and when I reach the place my car was dirty ++😭😭 The room was dirty with dust and you could see that dust was for years Linen was dirt with stains and smells horrible and you can see that it was not changed I sneezed and coughed the whole night due to sinusitis aggravated by the dust in the room💔💔 I left early on saterday and I came at midnight I found my bed is left nobody entered the room for tidying and cleaning There was no soap, no toilet roll no towels no mops, u came out of the shower being wet even wet floor and slippery It was a lot that place doesn’t deserve to be in Booking.com it jeopardise your name

i booked 2x bed room early for easter holiday they told me that i booked 1 room. they are so unproffesional no reception they talk to you outside i had a bed expirience
