The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient for the conference centre. The stay was fantastic

Only one minor issue was the door keys for the outside door were difficult to use.

Facilities were good and location was great

The room was very noisy, all internal noise from inside the building. You could hear noise from rooms above people walking over floor very squeaky floor boards, toilet flushing and I think there was a boiler or something just outside our room which was very noisy. Some sound proofing between rooms would be good and secure loose floor boards. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Accessibility to the city center- shops, restaurants. and train station are all at a walking distance

My second visit and it felt like home from home. Again, so quiet and peaceful and I slept really well. I enjoyed the use of the dining room for my picnic teas and whenever I asked for anything (e.g iron and ironing board) it was no trouble. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the location perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Parking wasn't easy.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Definitely will recommend.
