Great communication with host Mike. Very helpful with parking once arrived. Good sized bedroom, very clean. Room is cleaned on request each day as needed but if you need anything you can request it. Cooked breakfast was good, decent serve. Fruit, yoghurt n cereal n juice provided as well. Great location, walking decent to shops n restaurants.

Bathroom was small but adequate and didn’t spoil stay.

Ideal location for discovering Harrogate lovely freshly cooked breakfast and great hosts would highly recommend.

Ours was a very pleasant stay. The owner was very accommodating, and the breakfasts were cooked to order. The house was very clean and in excellent condition. It's just about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and even closer to the bus station, so its location was very handy. We would definitely stay here again.

The only difficulty we experienced was a very steep staircase up to our room on the first floor. That was a little challenging, but not enough to keep us from returning.

Absolutely fabulous 👌 what a lovely couple that run it. The place is spotlessly clean, modern decor and spacious. I could not fault it. The breakfast was made to order and was plentiful, nothing was too much trouble. It's was also very central to the town and all the places you would want to visit. Highly recommended 👍
