Good location. Clean.

No bottles of shower gel, but four shampoos. Towels very small. Coffee and tea, but no milk/creamer. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly/lock and opens on its own, and toilet is right next to door. Iron burn on carpet. Bedside lamps have USB sockets, but lamps are 6 feet up the wall, so pretty useless.

Great location, very clean and cozy.

bathroom cabinet had 3 empty bottles of vodka left in it despite being cleaned. the handle groove for the bathroom cabinet was full of stale old water that smelt. would still recommend to a friend though

Location, hot water, comfortable bed

Very cramped shower room, smallest of shower cubicles. Just as well we are slim! Booked room 5 but ended up in room 6, don't know why. Entrance arrangement not very clear at front door showing which floor. Lots of stairs and narrow staircase. Opened window but unable to close, very stiff.

The room was nice enough, though unfortunately the entire stay was ruined as I was left unable to access the property when returning on the first night of my stay and could therefore not sleep in the room I paid for.

The property is maned only by an electronic entry system. When I returned on the first night the entry system was out of battery and I therefore was left without access to the accommodation. This is unacceptable and I would strongly advise other travellers, particularly solo females travellers such as I was, to avoid booking here when access to the premise is so unreliable. this is a highly dangerous situation for travellers to be left in when returning to the property at night.

clean and well looked after

When I went to get the key, I was informed that it’s £30 to have my dog! £10 would have been fair enough as that’s often the price. There was no indication of a fee for pets on booking.com. Also, they wanted cash for some reason. Along with this, the girl that assisted me was very rude. The whole idea of this stay was to keep the price down £82. I did not expect to pay £112 for a small room with small uncomfortable bed.
