Gaia's Garden Guest House

We checked out before the scheduled breakfast time. However, the staff at Gaia's Guest House arranged for bread, butter and jam for us. So it was very kind of them.

It's a bit far from Matrimandir and slightly remote with no street lights. So travelling alone after evening may not be safe.

Excellent stay in the lap of nature.

Breakfast could be better. Better make your own breakfast in the kitchen. But considering everything, no complaints.

The gardens and peaceful surroundings. Very clean and well looked after place. We wanted to stay longer! Will be back for sure

Dogs barking once in a while next door (not frequent)

The property is very beautiful. 10km from Pondicherry and 6 kms from Auroville, easy to find with google maps, has car parking, and scooters are also available with them for rent, it is surrounded by tree and ponds and greenery from all sides, it has many rooms, some on ground floor, first floor with terrace and suites also. If you want to enjoy nature with peace ,this is the perfect destination. It has a good kitchen which is fully functional,(you could make your own tea or coffee anytime of the day) a decent living room and dining area, it also has a verandah on the ground floor overlooking the pond with lounge chairs, excellent for rainy days. cleanliness is good, rooms are maintained and are of decent size.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The house was amazing, clean and surrounded by nature! Ps. Make sure to bring spray for mosquitoes because there are a lot.

We had a fabulous stay at Gaia's Garden. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds were beautiful and clean and the location was so peaceful yet convenient to everything. I highly recommend staying here.
