Please note that cleaning is only provided for stays of over 10 nights. Change of towels and bed linen is only available for stays over 7 nights. Guests arriving outside of 9:30 to 17:30 should contact the property beforehand. Reception is closed on weekends between November 1st and February 29th. Guests booking nonrefundable rates and requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The property was far larger than e we thought. The complex it is situated on is beautifully maintained and the staff were superb.

If all properties in the group of 3 we were in were occupied the parking could be a bit tight.

Casa bastante completa, confortável e espaçosa. Tudo super limpo. Aldeamento fantástico e sossegado. Piscina espetacular e tranquila, sem as enchentes típicas do Algarve. O ideal para umas férias descansadas.

"Perfect villa stay for families"

Really amazing 2 bed villa with all the amenities you could want or need for a family. Gorgeous terrace nice and quite perfect for families. Nice pool The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful on arrival and they let us check in early.

"Comfortable, quiet, nice swimming pool, close to beaches"

We had a ground floor bungalow (E1), it was clean and functional, kitchen was well equipped, little terrace, parking in the back, nice swimming pool, close to Intermarché/Auchan for grocery shopping/gas, close to beaches

We were 4 people staying for 4 nights in bungalow 1E. There was the bare minimum of supplies, a tiny little soap and only one extra toilet paper roll in each bathroom for the whole stay. The kitchen had only 1 trash bag and we didn’t get a change of towels. The entire apartment could use a as remodel. The terrace of 1E faces the parking lot so not the best view for hanging out or eating meals. A few hooks in the hallway and a multi plug would be appreciated
