Please note that cleaning is only provided for stays of over 10 nights. Change of towels and bed linen is only available for stays over 7 nights. Guests arriving outside of 9:30 to 17:30 should contact the property beforehand. Reception is closed on weekends between November 1st and February 29th. Guests booking nonrefundable rates and requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The compound and the facilities are great for families. A restaurant by the pool makes it perfect for days when you just want to stay in.

It is a little further from the towns, so a car is needed to access most of the things.

"The quintessential quiet Quinta."

A very quiet Quinta. Excellent staff and accomodation within easy drive of the coast, Portimao, Lagoa, and Silves. Fully equipped cottage with roof and garden terraces. We'll be back for sure.

love the location, swimming pool and restaurant. Receptionist also very helpful and delightful personality

Has a problem with ants. The ants even managed to get upstairs. would have been nice to have had clean sheets at some time during the 10 day stay
