Please note that cleaning is only provided for stays of over 10 nights. Change of towels and bed linen is only available for stays over 7 nights. Guests arriving outside of 9:30 to 17:30 should contact the property beforehand. Reception is closed on weekends between November 1st and February 29th. Guests booking nonrefundable rates and requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Very pleasant stay, would recommend."

The house was spacious and perfect for up to 4 persons (2 bathrooms). It has a nice (although small) outdoor patio, which is perfect for breakfasts or a drink in the evening. The surroundings are really quiet, which is really valued. Staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

There was a pre-existing problem with one of the ACs and nothing was communicated upon check-in. However, the issue was solved in the following days, and a new unit installed. Decor quite dated, but everything was functional.

Well equipped Roomy Clean Lovely garden Close to pool but quiet Well maintained Close to some of best beaches and towns on the Algarve Staff helpful and friendly Good air conditioning

Needed a tray, bin bags and more toilet rolls Would have been good if bed linen could have been changed during the 11 night stay
