I like the free water and then you can wash your laundry but the problem is, it so many tenant also, you need to go first or reschedule your time if you have.

The staff sometimes is too friendly and not so friendly. The screen door is malfunction and there is no television or WiFi, there is a frog in our bathroom and the cat is so loud outside. The bed frame always hit my husband's head. The tile in the sink is broken.

My room was comfortable and staff very nice and helpful. I had to make other travel arrangements due to ferry cancellation. The staff went above and beyond to help me out

The staff are quite not welcoming. Just there to do what they are told without even smiling. Seems like we have been a nuisance since we arrived.

The owner was really very nice and kind. She offered me in the morning to take me to the pier to get the ferry to Coron and helped me there with all the offices. Amazing how friendly. The GH is in a good location only a couple minutes walking to the center. And it was quiet at night during my stay. Thank you very much!

Broken bidet, toilet not flushing, noisy aircons, total ignorant staff especially the younger staff member she walks of when being asked a question even when its in her own language , "note to owner" tell your staff to be generally friendly and maybee have a smile once in a while , it would go a long way.

It was overbooking there. Wasted time for the ride to get it, there was a woman on reception, reacted very passive way to me it was taken about 20 minutes for letting me know there is no available room. But thanks she refunded money and given apologies in the end.

The owner and staff were more that accomodating to help us since we are foreigners and are not well versed with the place
