They only gave me a fan room. They said there is free shuttle service to airport but they gave excuses. Also when they learned reservations was done via booking.com they gave the worse room. I would have understood if they explained the situation of power expense shuttle service and breakfast will not be given

not clean, no showers, bugs all through my room and bed. okay for a stop over to get the ferry but I would recommend staying at the budget hostel across the road from the ferry terminal

not clean, dirty floor, bugs in the bed sheets and up the walls, stains and marks all over the pillows

Good place to stay at for quick or transit

The staff were amazing! We arrived late in the evening and the host offered to cook us scrambled eggs on toast for dinner! we also got a free shuttle to the port, and they helped arrange tickets. The beds were really comfortable, had free drinking water and hot water for tea/coffees.

Pretty awful stay. Very strangely uncomfortable vibe. Everything looks and feels dirty. Towels are non-absorbent. No soap, no trash can in the rooms, etc. And much more of the general basics you’d expect in a hotel. But stay here if you like camping. It’s not so bad really.

Staff was so helpful in supporting me in my onwards travel; they even got up very early in the morning, to prepare a breakfast pack for me and drive me to the Bus terminal - Thanks again for that; payment via Booking.com; i was Upgrades to a better room as there was no water in my first room

Sink stinks horribly when basin is used

Very helpful staff, perfect concept with helping you to the ferry. Also good vegetarian option for breakfast.

It should be noted that the shower is very simple but it did not bother me that much.

I like that they are listed on the booking platform. Easy to book without calling each accommodation in town to confirmed availablity.

Room description did not match. Booking.com said aircon but we are actually downgraded to the fan room. We agreed to change from Aircon to the fan room but they still require us to pay the difference because they said there's a glitch from the booking platform. . I think they do not consider the genius discount. We left after one night but paid for 2 nights at least based on the booking platform rate.

Staff very nice and helpfull ! The vegetarien breakfast was great!
