When people are staying more than acouple of nights maybe the bins could be emptied and mugs replaced.

Liked the rural location

It was freezing cold when we arrived. There was a fixed heater to the wall in the room and a portable electric heater. The bathroom had a towel rail it was cold. We turned on the heating but it took hours to warm up. One bed had a thick quilt the other a thin quilt. Pillows need replacing they were flat and lumpy. Shower room need attention. Lots of places where leaks have come through the ceiling. And vegetation through the window. Bedroom had pictures missing from the wall. Curtains were not fitted onto curtain hooks. Under one bed was dirty. The water tank boiled through the night woke us up. It was not as pictured on the website. Tea and coffee was okay plenty available.

Location was ideal for my visit - I will use again next year and have recommended to a friend

Fantastic location, secluded but not too far away from amenities and places to go

Guest WiFi was a bit poor, almost unresponsive at times. Phone hotspot was better and the smart TV only worked on the hotspot and not the guest WiFi. But not a deal breaker for me personally

It had TV in the bedroom? Also WiFi We slept comfortably.

The lane was very dark to walk down. Also, we thought there would be a kitchen to cook. After five days, eaten takeaway makes you sluggish. There's not much room to use tables. The staff were great but needed a little more creature comforts. Especially working hard all week. B

Great location

Peaceful quiet location, very comfy beds, lovely soft fluffy towels, mostly spotless accommodation apart from shower curtain in ensuite bathroom

Mould/dirt on the bottom of the shower curtain, which needs replacing
