Very loud,noisy place outside cos there’s the pub next door,there’s mould smell once you going up from ground floor to 1.st floor

De locatie was op.zich goed,als in afstand van het centrum

De locatie ligt onder een brug in een steeg naast een club, dus er komen veel dronken mensen langs daarnaast is het pand erg gehorig en kraakt heel erg, je kon letterlijk de gesprekken van de buren horen. De badkamer had schimmel en was niet schoon, geen personeel in het pand aanwezig, alles is zelfservice wat opzich prima is, maar als je op zon grimmige locatie ligt is het fijn als je enige beveiliging niet een deur is met een cijfercode, die mensen niet altijd even goed dicht doen, dus iedereen die maar wil kan naarbinnen. Het kleed was trouwens ook echt goor, ik zou er niet zonder schoenen willen lopen.

I drove there, but Google Maps shows it's about a 10-minute walk from Waverley Station. The place is like in an alley, but is easy to find. The bed was comfortable, and the hosts were very prompt in responding to any queries. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, making check-in and the stay hassle-free. The room I stayed in had a shower inside the room, but the toilet was located outside in a separate room. Amenities provided included a hot water kettle, iron, TV, and hairdryer, which were all appreciated. The location is also close to Greyfriars Bobby, where you can see the famous terrier statue. A small tip: try not to touch or rub its nose, as it's gradually wearing away from so many visitors doing so. Three Sisters Pub is also nearby, making it a great spot to catch a World Cup match and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby.

It was comfy enough and location is great for old town shenanigans

Not the cleanest place, but not too bad, the bed was clean but the floor was pretty gross. The bathroom smells really damp so had to keep the door closed otherwise the room got too smelly

There was no breakfast

The location felt a bit dodgy, although it was central. A little hard to find. Not recommended for nervous travellers.
