Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect for my needs in he future.

The alarm of the next door business kept me awake for nearly 2 hours from 2 am. I was in the flat above the garage so the noise was straight into that room.

"Disappointing."

There was no hot water and the temperature was 9C. NOT acceptable, no matter why this happened! Whilst offered a shower in the main house, I wasn't comfortable with this and the cavalier (seemingly) attitude with the apology, and no offer of a refund did not sit well at all!
