"At the price you pay for this guest house it is clean & all other aspects are fairly adequate"

Quite hospitable with checkin time as I needed to drop stuff off at 12:00. Owner/husband was friendly. Room was clean.

The owner/wife needs a bit more tact when dealing with guests. The numerous instruction signs plastered around the walls of the room were a bit much (counted 4 with only 2 being helpful). 1 ply toilet paper was also not ideal.

"We only had a quick overnight stay, but we were happy with our choice and would use York House again"

No Breakfast taken. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and where we could get a delicious curry meal.

To be on the ground floor would have suited us better, but we had the whole upstairs to ourselves.

Quiet place. Nice green yard, pool. Whole second floor was only for our family.

Would be nice to have fire place more orginized for the guests. Breakfast a bit pricy.
