i try to book a room online, did a mistake on the date. so i contact hotel to move my booking , option impossible even still have availibility on the date I wanted. so asked for cancelation for free , and they told me this was impossible because money was in booking.com. I manage also an hotel, i know there is always a solution and flexibility to satisfy customers.... people definitly not honest

Great location for Mount Batur Hiking (very close to starting point), staff very friendly and helpful (helped us to organize a guide at a reasonable price), bed is comfortable…

Ppl who stay here should know only cold water available and not be scared of small lizards

the water smells bad. their attitude toward locals are very different to foreigner. not friendly. especially the dad. he had staring at my room since the early morning, once I get out of my room he said "you have to leave before 12" it was only 8am.

We paid 2 nights but we only stayed 1 night.not much to do in this town.. Bathroom smell, no hot water for shower.

Very homely feel, great hospitality and great view of Mount Abang infront. Basic necessities, and as the weather there is cold (about less than 16degree at night), there are no fan/aircon which is good. Breakfast was good too. Staff was also friendly and helpful! There are few food vendors outside too, and a mart nearby.

There is no water heater so you should rethink if you want to shower in cold water in the morning/night!
