Ampik Batur

The location is perfect. You can go walking from the hotel to mont batur trail. The staff is nice and arranged us a taxi for a day trip. The banana pancake for the breakfast is awesome!!!

Lots of flies outside so you have to take your breakfast inside the room so you can't enjoy so nice terrace...

You get what you pay for

So warm and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. They organized tours for us, made recommendation, even drove us up to Kintamali for lunch and dinner. The owner was so generous with his time, made you feel like part of an extended family. Beds also super comfortable. Would certainly go back.

Wifi did not really work

The owner was the cutest and tried his absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. So friendly, we really felt welcomed. the beds are comfortable and the hotel is not far from the lake and some good restaurants.

For the price it was excellent. Better is impossible. Best location in town: exactly between the 2 natural swimming pool complexes and in front to the activity (vulcano) office.
