Good wifi. Comfortable bed. I'm clutching at straws.

Noise from next room - false ceiling in room hid the fact that there is a gap between wall and true ceiling (probably underside of roof), so every sound down to a whisper could be heard clearly. Proprietor and wife had a habit of looking in the wndow when passing - it is a low window (bed level) and no net curtains. Noise from the road deafening- motorbikes roaring past day and night. No wardrobe. Couldn't sit outside because of flies.

Poor room, dirty, insects in the food, bad host

Location to Batur and other mountains is great.

Way too noisy. You are right next to a road. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the next room. Lots of flies. No food places around.

The owner was a perfect gentleman. One of those people you meet that you immediately feel comfortable with

Batur has a lot of flies (this is no reflection on the accomadation). Same as my home country, so no big deal really

The rooms were the best we have stayed in in this area. Really clean and comfortable. The owner was lovely and also organises tours.
