Shower drain was blocked so overflowed the bathroom and the room. Didn’t get a reply from owner until later in the evening, so nothing was fixed, It was almost insinuated I clean the drain myself ….

We explicitly booked with parking. The property has no parking fascilities but announces them in booking.com. Then, before actually beeing at the property you are asked to send copies of your ID via Whatsapp to a phone number. This was declined by us, (data protection). At some point we were asked whether we would like to cancel the booking (due to no parking available) - which we did. I mention this on the positive side, because the owneress offered the cancellation out of her own. Things and impressions can go wrong, on both sides - better to part in peace and understanding than to argue afterwards. Unfortunately the property must be rated as a stay - so I kept it neutral - if the booking admin can correct it, pls. do so, as it is a bit unfair towards the property.
