Gli amici di Carla

The property is beautiful with amazing scenic landscapes. We loved our room, which had amazing facilities and felt very comfortable. The breakfasts were great and we loved the service. The location is great very peaceful and a great walk into central town. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Peacfull location with breathtaking views around 2 km from centre. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Cozy, clean room with terrace, excellent bed and shower. We loved everything here!

Breakfast was well catered for with good variety. We had a large bedroom with plenty of room to move. Gli Amici Di Carla is situated in a pretty location with great valley views.

The steps are a considerable challenge for senior people like ourselves. It may be wise to forewarn seniors as many could find it impossible to reach the property to and from the road especially with large luggage.

Like home. Gli amici di Carla have four rooms, which makes staying in it very personal. The house is located on a hill. The views are wonderful. The garden is wonderful. There you can see olive-, lemon- and mandarin trees and vineyard. From inside the house by self is like a sight. It is tastefully decorated. Related is modern and antique.

The house is amazing! Alessandra and Laura were superb hosts and they were very helpful in everything we needed. La Spezia is a very nice city and a good place to stay if you are planning to visit Cinque Terre. The rooms are spacious, super well decorated and very clean.

Parking the car is a bit tricky as the terrain is quite steep and the pavement is not even. The access to the house can impose certain issues for people with physical limitations as there are many stairs.

We loved the very helpful directions and photographs from Alessandro. We also loved the welcome from the goose in the garden, and the grapevines on approach to the pensione. The view from balcony over La Spezia was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and generous, home made yellow jam was a highlight!

A little hard to get back to after dark, without a car.

The views were great and local food was so so yummy and the coffee was great. Service nice and always eager to help.

I'am a light sleeper and I would not recommend staying in a room on a ground floor, next to the kitchen. Even though people in the kitchen were not noisy, it still woke me up every time very early in the morning when the were preparing for service.
