Perfect location, wonderful view of the entire La Spezia, cozy clean room with balcony. We spent 2 nights to visit Cinque Terre - central train station is about 25 minutes by walk from the accomodation. Perfect delicious breakfast on the terrace! Very friendly personnel.

The place was in a hill with amazing views. The room was very clean and big. Breakfast was served fresh everyday with handmade pastries. The área was peaceful and nice.

It was a bit far from the city (you have to take a Lot of steps, maybe it’s nice in summer and if you are usted to walk) and noisy in the morning (our room was near to were breakfast was served)

Our hostess Laura was amazing - kind, friendly and helpful with any advice we needed. Beautifully prepared breakfasts on the balcony with a great view of countryside.

Internet doesn't work great and you have to be prepared to walk up 400 steps from town (or get bus). All part of the fun though and worth the views!

Apartament located uphill from La Specia. House that despite being still on a city causes that you feel like being in quiet village. Delicious breakfasts served everyday morning make that IT is not a problem for you to go down 15 minutes to train station to visit 5terre. We have room for family 2+1 and our daughter jad a seperate single room which was also very comfortable. Room also have a big balony from where every evening we could observe La Specia going to sleep.

Just a remark - if going on foot please Ask Alexandra about the best option to reach the place.

Friendly and helpful host. Panoramic view on hilly La Spezia. Very large room with balcony. Nearby bus stop to reach the city center.

The appartment is located in hilly part of La Spezia, so be prepared for some steps and inclines. There are quite a few steps from main road to the house which could be problematic for some people. Private parking is available but with rather narrow access. Breakfast was tasty but rather limited.

Theo and I adored our 4 night stay here at Alessandra’s place in La Spezia! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, it set up us perfectly for the day. The whole design of the place is just beautiful, the view is stunning. I would reccomend this accomodation for couples or friends who enjoy the quiet and do not mind walking up hills or stairs. The place itself is on a mountain so the walk up is a little bit challenging, but it is a very convenient location. This is because the station is just 25 minutes down lots of steps from the accomodation and with the train you can access all the beautiful costal villages and towns on the cinque terre. We did not have a car, so the ability to walk easily or take the train was great for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the food options within 20 minutes walk from our accomodation, especially ‘antica osteria da caran’ as it was the closest restaurant to us with practically only locals and delicious seafood, pasta and pizza. I promise you will love it here, Alessandra will take such good care of you. We left feeling so relaxed and happy - We wanted to stay forever!

The walk can be quite difficult, but as long as you do not have any injuries I actually think this is a positive. The uphill walk to the accomodation meant we felt even happier once we arrived! I think this place is more suitable in the spring/summertime, as it would be a little bit too chilly if the weather is not good.
