"Excellent Hosts and breakfast to die for"

Julie and Steve are amazingly welcoming and easy to chat to. Everything is spotless and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very tidy with everything you could need. If there is anything you need they go out of there way to help you. If your going to Llandudno stop here as the location is excellent and central to everything.

Steve & julie are wonderful hosts & are situated in a great location. There is a great breakfast selection & the full english will definately fill you up. Will certainly book in here again.

Steve and Julie were fantastic, personable guests and really made us feel welcome and like nothing was too much to ask. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nothing. The only thing I could say is we were on the top floor so it was a lot of stairs after a pint or two but that's my laziness speaking. The location was perfect not even a 2 minute walk to the pier, everything is on your doorstep.
