The room was excellent clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent .The hosts Julie and Steve were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

We know parking is a llandudno problem but this did not detract from a very good 2 night stay .

The location is excellent and the breakfast was outstanding , freshly cooked and plenty of variety. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you could need. We will certainly come back. This was a trip down memory lane for my brother and I as we lived in Burleigh House in the 60s when my parents ran the Guest House. Brought back so many memories. Julie & Steve are a wonderful couple and made our stay extra special.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

Julie and Steve genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Plenty of food recommendations and knowledge of area. Great breakfast with fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot food. Whole B&B was very well presented. Help with parking was also provided and very welcome.

Minor items but room 4 may have been a bit pokey for two people, however, price reflects that. Room 7 was a bit noisy from the street noise and birds, but nothing disruptive.

Really comfortable room, well located close to the pier and beach, but also close to the centre. quiet, yet very well connected! Very clean (Spotlless) with excellent breakfast. Julie and Steve excellent hosts
