Steve and Julie are wonderful hosts, ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts were wonderful. The guest house is ideally located, a minute's walk to the sea, two minutes from the Great Orme Tramway, a couple of minutes from a wonderful walking route and there are many good restaurants around. We were very pleased with our short holiday and will recommend this guest house to our friends.

Steve and Julie couldn't do enough, for all their guests. Breakfast is excellent, location close to all amenities Llandudno has to offer. Would recommend Burleigh Guest House and will definitely be returning A lovely Easter weekend break.

Breakfast outstanding, attention to detail brilliant. Steve and jules outstanding. Helped us with the parking on day one, also moved my car on the last day. We will be back in the near future. Five star guys.

Nothing, we as a couple enjoyed everything, compfy beds room spotless. Steve and jules are great hosts.

Location was ideal for for visiting the Great Orme. Access to the beach, shopping and restaurants was very good, all a short walk away. The choices at breakfast were good and catered for all tastes. Steve’s cooked breakfast was delicious.

Nothing to dislike. If pressed to say something the two chairs in our room were not the most comfortable but that would be nit picking! Everything else was brilliant.

Lovely owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definately book again.

We liked everything. Maybe the stairs to the second floor were a bit if a struggle but worth it. The rooms were so comfortable.

The room and en-suite were beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. Attention to detail was evident throught out the property, with comfort , cleanliness, and an excellent breakfast of paramount importance to our hosts.

Impeccably clean, very comfortable , lovely room, great breakfast with wide choice and fresh fruit and a great location very close to town centre and beach.

There wasn’t anything not to like.
