Burleigh Guest House

A lovely B&B with friendly owners! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We had a great en-suite room with a comfortable bed, a welcome tray and toiletries. The cooked breakfast was super and there were plenty of other options available as well. Highly reccomended!

Clean but very dark bedroom, right at the top of the hotel which made it very difficult for my mum to get down the stairs on a daily basis.

The attitude of the owners was terrible, very disappointed in this as it made my mum feel very isolated during her trip due to always being met with an attitude when she asked about the simplest of things. The TV in the room didn't work, this was given the excuse of poor weather, it was not poor weather, just a badly tuned TV. On the final day of the trip, the card machine in the hotel wasn't working and kept on declining my mum's card, despite there being money there, the owners made us both feel like we were trying to leave without paying, to the point of the husband standing in the outside doorway, effectively not moving until we confirmed payment had gone through, via another payment method (my phone). The whole attitude of the owners was very unpleasant, and everything was too much for them. Very poor value for money and would not stay there again. It is no way to run a business and treat a vulnerable elderly lady who left feeling very upset as this was her first solo trip and I explained this and was ensured that she would be looked after and ok.

Good, friendly and very helpful hosts. Excellent choice for breakfast. Rooms very clean and comfy with lots of little extras. Great location.

Nothing to dislike about the Burleigh Guest House

I have stayed at the hotel many times and have Always enjoyed my stay. Both Steve and Julie are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is 10 out of 10. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

The matress for me was a bit hard but that’s my preference

Modern, clean, and lovely furnished. Best B&B we have stayed in Llandudno. Great breakfast and hosts.

Room and en-suite were clean and comfortable. I Liked that there was a sitting area to watch the T.V. Breakfast was very nice and the hosts were friendly.

Couldn't fault Burleigh house or the hosts.
