It was exceptionally clean and in a great location.

Everything is outstanding. Steve & Julie are super kind and helpful. I forgot my charging cable which they helped with during the late night. Breakfast is perfect too. Will highly recommend and revisit when having opportunity.

The friendly hosts provided fantastic breakfasts, chats and information about the area. Location was perfect.

I wish the sink was within the bathroom and not in the room itself.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, I cannot stress that enough, absolutely spotlessly clean, I felt like I was in my own home, I usually take sliders to wear in a room but didn't feel that was necessary here. I usually try to avoid b and bs as I don't want to be hassled or have to make small talk with the owners, but in this case I felt the owners knew exactly how much to talk to you and explain to you, and then leave you to it, really really lovely people, felt totally comfortable. You can tell they take pride in the place, the food was excellent, the decor was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, and again, the owners were excellent. The rooms were kitted out with all the mod cons and anything you might need for your stay, they even offer to borrow you dvds for your room if you'd like and provide a menu for it, which I thought was excellent. The bed sent me to sleep immediately, absolutely perfectly clean, white sheets and mattress, and very comfy, not cheap material at all. The location is fantastic too, at the crossroads between the top of the main high Street and the road to the pier, yet was set back enough to be very quiet during the night. Also a very short walk to the tram for the orme. The small front terrace is also one of the nicest we saw in the entire town, was lovely to sit there before turning in for the night. And to top it all off, it was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area for the standard. All in all, the best b and b I have ever stayed in, couldn't sing it's praises any higher.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. Excellent quality food and well cooked - thank you Steve. Nothing was too much trouble and every request catered for. This was our second visit so we knew how good everything was.

Can’t think of anything negative except wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time.
