We loved the building itself. The spacious room and decor. Loved waking up to see the sea. Fabulous location and was given plenty of information for local areas. The owners were soo helpful and the breakfast was yummy 😋. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didnt like. The only suggestion I would make is, maybe some sort of shelving within the shower itself. Only personally for me, it was a little difficult to keep taking up the shower gel bottle from the floor.

Wonderful location, and Sandra and Ray make you feel immediately at home. The breakfasts are amazing, the rooms are really comfortable, and the beach is right outside (literally a 1 minute stroll). There are multiple car parks and it’s generally possible to park outside on the road for free. It’s essentially the perfect place to chill out, or to use as a base to explore the whole Lowestoft/Great Yarmouth area.

"Sandra and Ray were great hosts, comfortable quality room and breakfast was exceptional"

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the room was sea view and peaceful too. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. A real treat was Sandra’s homemade bread. Sandra and Ray were very welcoming people and great to talk to. A real recommendation to those who would like a warm, welcoming and quality stay.

Sea front location Nice sea views Convenient for pubs&fish &chip shops &beach. Good location for using buses quiet during night time close to railway station.

Stairs were very steep Bed was a little on the hard side
