Location is right on sea front so great for walks along the beach. Sandra is a very friendly and welcoming host.

We had a double room with an amazing view looking out to sea, and also of the most beautiful sunrises early in the morning. The the room and bathroom were as expected. Both perfectly clean, the tea & coffee making supplies were generous, and the bed very comfortable. Sandra is a very welcoming host and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. The breakfast was fabulous. The fresh fruit salad, cooked breakfast offering plenty of choice, and the toast were all delicious.

Fantastic large room over looking the sea with huge windows and ideal furniture. The breakfast choice was wonderful and the host was helpful and very welcoming. This is our second time to the hotel and will most definitely not be our last.

Everything at no 18 was outstanding

Breakfast was excellent, the choices and the presentation. Above all the owner was lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming

The mattress had a thick man-made cover on it which meant it was hot

Stunning location and view

Sandra was an exceptional host. She gave us information on local restaurants, shopping and birding locations. We had delicious omelets and fruit for breakfast with some english tea. The bed was comfortable giving us the best nights sleep we had since coming to Europe.

Good location. Very nice and friendly owners. Always there to help with places to go and see. Nice relaxed environment 🙂. Would highly recommend.

Room was abit dated and could benefit from black out blinds or curtains. Bathroom was modern and clean. Good lighting.

Ray and Sandra were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were extremely welcoming. Fabulous location, excellent nights sleep in a spotless, airy bedroom with en suite facilities. Loads of choices for breakfast. I went for the full English, which was delicious. Would highly recommend No 18 to anyone visiting this part of Suffolk.
