"Lovely the hosts were very accommodating as we needed to be in the rooms early due to a family bereavement."

Large room overlooking the beach & it was kept very warm. Breakfast was wonderful up there with the best we’ve had. Proper toasted bread as well !

"Good place to stay for our needs."

Friendly accommodating hosts. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Good size room.

Single bed mattress was too hard. Minor points but toilet seat was loose and basin plug did not fit properly.

The location was perfect, watching the sun rise was stunning! The owners were lovely and treated us really well! The breakfast was lovely! The whole weekend was great!

"Quite an exceptional good Guest House at very reasonable price."

Very welcoming Hosts, impressively decorated and maintained throughout, exceptionally clean, very large room and well furnished with very comfortable bed and superb breakfast choice. Excellent location and room provided perfect beachfront views

l cannot fault this accommodation and would definitely recommend it to friends and family, and will be using it as a base for all future visits to Lowestoft.
