Longtom Farm Guesthouse

Das Zimmer war eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffee und Tee und auch frische Milch waren vorhanden, prima! Schönes Gelände, leider waren wir nur kurz da, und es war nicht warm genug für den Pool.

Leider kein Frühstück am Wochenende, was wir erst kurz vor Ankunft erfahren haben.

Nothing to like but bad taste on my lips

...I had the worst encounter of my life at the place. I booked the place around 19:00 & it was confirmed. I actually called prior to booking to just check availability and I was ignored but proceeded to book successfully. I then arrived at the venue around 21:00 and met a note that said do not hoot at the gate which i did not at first. I called again as indicated on the notice but I was ignored and I hooted; eventually the gate was open; then the young white male walking bare feet came and yelled at me interrogating as to why I hooted, I should have called; I replied i called and he said he's canceling my booking and insisted he can proceed and he insisted I must leave i refused and demanded my money immediately. my husband came and the young man calmed down from his aggression. he left saying he will cancel on the laptop and I sent him a text saying I demand proof of payment or keys. he gave me keys. I could not sleep as the aggression played on my mind up to now; the road very bad and the shower room with a basin inside doesn't explain how one should brush teeth in the shower water. For that price they couldn't even provide the bare minimum soap
